Each ankle closes on its own pin-lock. Roughly 58 cm across in women's sizing, 60 in men's — measured, not rounded.

Finished where it counts.
The interior is radiused and the whole piece brushed, so what rests against the ankle is smooth steel, not a machined edge.
How it rigs
Close both cuffs to a two-finger gap; the rigid bar fixes the spread. Keys stay with the keyholder.
Care
Brushed 304 wipes clean; light oil on the lock barrels as needed.
