Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operation on 20 July 2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG).
