Five kilograms on the feet.
A 2 cm wall and a 4 cm tall band put roughly 5 kg on the ankles — the heaviest ankle piece we make. It does not need to be tight to be felt with every step.
02Thick chain
Joined, not spread.
A heavy steel chain links the two, short enough to shorten the stride. Key-opening locks on each, keys included.
03Sized honestly
Men's and women's.
Inner diameters of 7.1 cm for women and 8.1 cm for men, drawn to the ankle rather than a universal size.
How it rigs
Close each iron on its lock; the chain sets the stride. Keys open both. Order men's or women's for correct sizing. Heavy — handle with care.
Care
Brushed 304; wipe clean and dry. Light oil on the lock barrels as needed.
